BIOGRAPHIES
Diana Mousina
Senior Economist, AMP

Diana joined AMP in 2016 and is a senior economist within the AMP Investments team. Diana’s responsibilities include providing global economic and macro investment analysis to retail, institutional and internal customers through her regular “Econosights” reports and presentations. Diana regularly presents AMP’s macro views across various media outlets including Bloomberg, CNBC, AusBiz and mainstream Australian television networks and radio stations. Diana also contributes to the asset allocation decisions of the AMP multi-asset funds. Previously, Diana worked at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia as an economist in the Institutional Banking & Markets division. Diana holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Economics and has a Master of Finance (in funds management), both from the University of New South Wales.

Katie Petering
Director, Head of Product Strategy, BlackRock

Katie is the Head of Product Strategy for BlackRock's Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions (MASS) Group based in Sydney. In this role, Katie leads the product strategy for BlackRock Australia's range of multi-asset portfolio's, including diversified asset allocation strategies, model portfolios, and multi-strategy hedge funds. Katie joined BlackRock in 2017 as Head of Institutional iShares for Australasia, leading the education efforts for institutional adoption of ETFs. Prior to BlackRock, Katie was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs based in Sydney for 13 years, most recently in Fixed Income Currency and Commodities where she was responsible for cross-asset institutional derivative sales including rates, longevity/mortality, alternative risk premia and fund derivatives. Earlier, she led the Equity Derivative structuring and sales business at Goldman Sachs focusing on the private wealth segment. Katie began her career at Merrill Lynch where she worked for 5 years in both Australia and Hong Kong in the institutional Equity Derivatives sales and structuring team, and also the Equity Capital Markets convertible origination and syndicate teams. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) from the University of Technology, Sydney (1996).

Catherine Rich
Executive Director, Goldman Sachs Australia

Cath joined Goldman Sachs in 2013. She has spent the past eight years covering clients in the Global Markets Division within the Fixed Income, Currency and Commodity (FICC) team, based in Sydney. In her previous role, Cath was responsible for the Foreign Exchange sales business and served a diverse client base of domestic and international asset managers, superannuation funds, hedge funds, corporations together with commercial and central banks. In February 2022 Cath joined the Private Wealth Management Division of Goldman Sachs, working with ultra-high net worth investors and their families to provide access to the global GS investment platform. This involves broader asset allocation guidance, access to leading external private asset managers across private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure and the ability to invest alongside the firm in its proprietary investing activities and co-investment deal flow. Cath previously worked at Deutsche Bank where she worked across FX/Commodity and Interest Rate sales in Sydney and Singapore. Cath began her career as a graduate at Commonwealth Bank of Australia and has also lived and worked in London & New York.

Grace Clarke
Analyst, Credit Sales Team, Goldman Sachs Australia

Grace is an Analyst in the Credit Sales Team at Goldman Sachs. Prior to this, Grace was an Analyst in the Asset Management Sales team at Goldman Sachs since 2020. While completing her Bachelor of Science (majoring in Mathematics & Statistics) at the University of Melbourne, Grace spent time interning at Pepper Money and Credit Suisse in Investment Banking. She was also a keen member of the Banking On Women Melbourne University Student Committee. Grace is co-chair for 100 Women in Finance’s Early Careers Sub-committee.
