Steve has created a dynamic and fluid style of bodywork which is highly adaptable to the needs of each client he sees.
Ranging from the subtle energies of craniosacral therapy to the profound structural changes of deep tissue massage therapy, the highly specific results of trigger point therapy and the understated tones of myofascial release, Steve creates unique and integrated sessions for the greatest benefit of his clients.
His work draws on 19 years of experience bringing the highest quality of bodywork for his clients to realize their highest potentials. His bodywork is an effortless blend; a meeting of science, art and spiritual practice.
Steve received his massage therapy training at the National Holistic Institute (NHI) located in San Francisco, California. During this time he also served as a tutor for other students as well as a teaching assistant.
His training included Swedish massage, sport and clinical massage, deep tissue and restorative massage, neuromuscular and trigger point therapies to name a few.
He started his career in 2003 performing primarily shiatsu and Thai massage. His advanced training over the next five years led him to some of the top massage therapists and Rolfers teaching in the country, and he fell in love with the deep tissue and structural integration modalities.
Steve has subsequently completed training as a level two reiki practitioner as well as a craniosacral and emotional release therapist.
Steve believes that the spirit, mind and body all work together for wholeness and must all be addressed for true healing and well-being.
Steve is available by appointment on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
