Leadership I (LM5003), May 9-10: Using the proven Sitkin-Lind Six Domains of Leadership Model, this training has been customized for our franchises and designed to build leadership skills for mechanical and electrical businesses:

  • Roleplay scenarios and exercises
  • In-depth review of the six behavioral domains to build insight
  • Prepare for Leadership II - Battle Staff Ride

CTE/T Training (TEGG OPS3201), June 5-16: CTE/T training provides the advanced technical training necessary to perform preventive maintenance and testing for energized and de-energized electrical systems, including overviews of testing equipment and practical lab exercises. The course content can support NICET certification achievement and includes:

  • TEGG IR Level 1 Training
  • TEGGPro data entry
  • NFPA 70E Safety Training

DES Training (TEGG SALE3102), June 5-16: Practice project-specific sales skills and key TEGG Business Model elements that help you prospect and close DES opportunities, including:

  • Sales strategies for appointment setting and first visits
  • ESA reports, TEGGPro pricing, and Cost-Benefit Analysis forms
  • Electrical safety walkthrough checklist

Virtual Operations Coordinator Training (TEGG OPS3202), June 5-6: A comprehensive overview of tools and processes necessary to coordinate a successful TEGG service department. Includes using TEGGPro for job tasking, documenting site visits, and covers:

  • Creating and packaging ESAs
  • ESA Reports, TEGG Business Model, and the CARE Program
  • TEGGPro View and renewals

General Manager Training (TEGG LM5001), June 13-15: For Principals and General Managers, this course focuses on core disciplines for experienced General Managers and newcomers to the role:

  • Organizing a TEGG business and developing a five-year plan
  • Managing the TEGG sales process and sales software training
  • Operating process, Cost-Benefit Analysis forms, and more

Sales Leadership (TEGG SALE4080), June 13-14: This three-day intensive course includes interactive sessions on building and maintaining a winning sales team, including:

  • Sales coaching, accountability, and performance reviews

Maintenance Sales Training (TEGG SALE3101), June 20-22: A week-long intensive course on the Proactive Sales Cycle of the TEGG Selling System for both TEGG sales newcomers and experienced professionals, emphasizing:
