If you participated in this program before, TCCN already has a copy of the GPO agreement from your practice. However, if you did not participate and you have not completed a TCCN GPO Participation Agreement, then please complete one and send to Barbara Douglas via email Barbara.Douglas@tccn-choa.org or fax to 770-333-1725 prior to submitting their orders.
1. Pre-book orders need to be completed by April 30, 2023. Please see instructions below (#3) to input your pre-book orders on McKesson website. You may also place pre-book orders through Besse or FFF Enterprises by contacting them for their instructions.
- Practices can make adjustments to pre-book orders until April 30, 2023 and still receive the maximum 14% discount.
- McKesson Account Representatives are available to help with pre-book orders and answer questions.

2. Prebook Process and Contacts

FluMist can be purchased and pre-booked through the Flumist AstraZeneca Portal https://www.flumistquadrivalenthcp.com/how-to-order.html
- McKesson, ASD/Besse or FFF Enterprises. Please contact your practice rep for either of these companies.
- Through McKesson – go to your McKesson online account, log in and on main page at bottom left should be the link “Flu Pre-book”. Click on “Flu Pre-book” link and it will bring up the screen below. Then just follow screen directions.
