Stretching can help alleviate the unexacting tightening of one or more muscles. Although the exact cause is unknown, I have found that drinking water and reducing the intake of dehydrating substances such as coffee and alcohol can make a significant muscle contractions.

On average, a person sleeps for about 1/3 of their life. Assuming an average lifespan of 80 years, this would amount to approximately 26.7 years spend sleeping. That's why it's so important to have healthy habits surrounding the way we rest.
