When to use Blended Tinctures

"I have arthritis in the joints in my fingers. When I wake up, my joints are stiff and achy. I’m controlling my arthritis pain with Synergy #104 tincture (4:1). My daily routine is to take 5-7 drops in the morning and afternoon, daily. I also rub salve on my hands at night before bed, that’s usually when I feel the most pain in my finger joints.
