The Natural Sciences Student Organizations have played a role in welcoming new students
to WTAMU and helping them to feel prepared before the fall semester starts!
"Many incoming students may feel overwhelmed at the beginning,
and the student organizations wanted to show them that they are not alone.
By building a community for them to reach out to established students,
they can start building those relationships to feel more confident in the science fields.
No matter what someone's background is, science is for everyone,
and every major is welcomed to be a part of the science community.
Working together with the Science Representatives has brought our departments closer.
The faculty and staff of Natural Sciences are dedicated, hard working people
that we, as students, are grateful to have their support.
The outreach and community wouldn't be possible
without their guidance and support to bring the students together."
