The Inflation Reduction Act’s Clean Vehicle Credit is the successor to the New Qualified Plug-in Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit. The credit generally applies to vehicles having at least 4 wheels that are placed in service from 1/1/2023 - 12/31/2032.

End of COVID-19 Supplemental

COVID-19 Supplemental Paid Sick Leave (SPSL) was recently extended to December 31, 2022. As we previously reported, this did not afford additional time off to the employee, but extended the time to request leave if they still had unused time. Finally, there is an end to this provision - no further extensions have been made.

The ADOMA Annual Education Conference will be June 22-25th at South Point Hotel & Casino, in Las Vegas, NV. Everyone that attended at this location previously had a blast! We look forward to hosting another wonderful conference for all attendees and vendors. We are finalizing the speakers, schedule, menus and activities but please be on the lookout for the registration form and info on the ADOMA website. The vendor faire is also prepping for vendor signups! This is an excellent way to meet new Dealers and foster new partnerships.
