We are incredibly proud and grateful for the exceptional efforts the Board of Directors and Executive Team of the Miami Beach JCC put forth on Sunday, May 19th. They organized a highly productive Board Retreat centered around our Strategic Planning process. Our dedicated leadership's insightful contributions, guidance, and unwavering dedication have been truly remarkable. As a result, the MBJCC is delighted to announce that our plan was unanimously ratified, marking a significant milestone for our organization. As we eagerly embark on the next implementation phase, we remain committed to propelling our agency forward with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

On Tuesday, May 30th, the MBJCC Gymnastics program dazzled audiences. It took us down memory lane and looking back at all of the shows over the past ten years, with the gymnasts recreating some of our most memorable routines from each of our previous shows. So much has changed since the first show in 2013, but the one thing that has remained constant is the incredible talent of our gymnasts.

We thank our dedicated coaches and staff for a wonderful year, including Gymnastics Director Stacey Hatch and coaches Michele Rivera, Jackie Ryan, Mia Malin, Lauren Angus, Lucy Simring, and Sofia Martinez.

Special thanks to Tom Pike, Jenny Mermelszteyn, Nicole Goldstein, Jarred Axon, Joe Campodonico, Coach Alonso, and Hellen Jena for helping make the show successful.

We had a fantastic year at the Miami Beach JCC, and we are grateful to our community for their support. At our annual meeting on May 16, we proudly honored Audrey Weiner with the "Todah Rabah" Volunteer of the Year Award and Izzi LieberPerson with "The Unleash Your Awesome Award." These awards symbolize their remarkable contributions and commitment to our community. We are incredibly fortunate to have such exceptional lay leadership and a highly dedicated professional staff team.
