Reminder: PAHAF (Pennsylvania Homeowner Assistance Fund) Reopens Application

Financial assistance is available to eligible homeowners for delinquent utility bills, among other things. As service providers, water and sewer authorities can participate in the program to receive payments from PAHAF of qualified customers.
