IMPORTANT UPDATES BELOW FOR
CRAFTCATION POP-UP SHOP VENDORS
Greetings!

🎉 Congrats on being accepted to the Craftcation Pop-Up shop! 🎉

I hope you've been busy prepping all of your goodies for us! We're so excited to have so many attendees showcasing their items in the shop this year! This email is just my way of reaching out to help walk you through the next steps of shipping and inventory, etc.

Your next step will be to complete this form by March 24, 2023. And to help prep you, I put together some info below to help you know what you need to know before you get started. As always, if you need anything, holla at ya girl.
SHIPPING:
The shipping window for Pop-Up Shop items is April 1 - 15. Your items MUST be received within this window. If you would like to arrange bringing your items to the hotel, please email me to coordinate. Inventory must be received prior to the start of the conference.

INVENTORY:
Your inventory list will be submitted using a google sheet. This makes it easier on our end to have the exact details of your items entered into our payment system. If your item has a variation (ex: t-shirt sizes) you'll need to notate that as well.

You can review and begin to prep your inventory sheet here**. You'll be instructed in the form where to upload it. Please don't email this to me. Use the form to submit it so that it doesn't get lost.

**(This file is view only, you'll need to save a copy to make it your own and add your information. To save on Google Drive: Go to File > Save a Copy and save to your Google Drive. If you are not using Google Drive: Go to File > Download. You can then export as a .csv or .xlsx file.)

UN-SOLD INVENTORY:
Any inventory that does not sell at the conference will be returned to you in one of two ways:
  • You can pick it up from the Pop-Up shop on Sunday 4/23 by 3pm. If you plan to pick up your items on Sunday, you must let us know in advance so that we can have your products ready for you.
  • We will ship them back to you at your expense. Shipping costs will be deducted from your final payout.

PAYOUTS:
Payouts are sent electronically via Paypal or Venmo. You will be asked which method works best for you when submitting your shipping and inventory form. These payments will be sent by May 15, 2023. As a reminder, payouts include 60% of sales minus any applicable shipping charges.

ARTIST BIO (OPTIONAL):
As part of the submission form, we are asking for your bio and headshot. This is optional but is a great way for us to help share more information about you to our attendees and those from the public shopping in our pop-up!
