Moreno Valley City Council Cuts the Ribbon for Two Exciting New Businesses

Last week, the Moreno Valley Mayor and City Council welcomed two new businesses to the community—Texas Roadhouse and Kids Empire. 


Texas Roadhouse is a country-themed restaurant featuring delicious food, friendly staff, and a laid-back atmosphere.


Kids Empire is an indoor playground perfect for kids to have fun and express themselves.


With the opening of Texas Roadhouse and Kids Empire, the Moreno Valley community now has more options to dine out and have fun with their kids.

Moreno Valley's Festival of Arts is Next Week

Attention Art Aficionados: Moreno Valley's Festival of Arts is on Saturday, March 11!


Celebrate Moreno Valley's dynamic arts community from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Civic Center Amphitheater.


The Festival of Arts is a free event featuring the region's finest visual and performing artists. 


Spend an exciting day watching live art demonstrations and browsing local art vendors. The festival will also feature a beer/wine garden, fun activities for kids, and food trucks featuring cuisine from around the world.

Spring into the Season with Moreno Valley's Egg-citing Events

Spring is around the corner, and Moreno Valley is celebrating the season with three egg-citing events!


Join us on Saturday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to noon for our annual Springtastic Festival & Egg Hunt at Sunnymead Park. Springtastic is a fun and family-friendly event featuring games, a play area for kids, and a special egg hunt.


For the grown-ups, our first-ever Adult Flashlight Egg Scramble is an egg-celent way to spend a Spring evening. Join us on Saturday, April 1, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at Lasselle Sports Park. We'll be turning off the lights and turning on the flashlights for a chance to find eggs and win prizes! Registration is limited to the first 1,000 adults, and be sure to BYOB (Bring Your Own Beam). 


For MoVal teens, check out the Glowing Crazy Egg Hunt on Friday, April 14, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Carla. J. Thornton Teen SPOT. Glowing Crazy is a fun glow-in-the-dark egg hunt for kids aged 11-17 with a chance to win exciting themed Easter baskets! Registration is free, and space is limited.

Pet of the Week: Mocha

Our Pet of the Week is Mocha, an adorable 13-week-old Shetland Sheepdog Mix. We are not exaggerating when we say that Mocha is quite possibly the cutest puppy in the world. Her big heart and lovable puppy energy can light up any room, and she would be the perfect pet for any Moreno Valley family. Plus, how can you say no to that face?
