Bestselling Author Jackie Mitchard Comes to Nevins
June 7 at 7pm in the Great Hall

Mitchard's debut novel, The Deep End of the Ocean was chosen by Oprah Winfrey to be the very first book in her famous Book Club. It was also made into a film starring Michelle Pfeiffer and Treat Williams. The author will be here to talk about her latest book, Two if by Sea.   Her book is described by her publisher, "After losing his family in a tsunami in Brisbane, Australia, former police officer Frank Mercy rescues Ian from a submerged car and takes him home to his Midwestern farm. As the boy exhibits a telepathic gift, Frank and new love Claudia will travel to England to keep him safe from a sinister group who want him back". People Magazine says that it is "suspenseful, otherworldly and nearly impossible to put down."   We can't wait to meet Jacqueline Mitchard and talk about this.  Books available to purchase and Jackie will be signing books as well.  See you there!!
