Spring is Wood Season

The easiest way to see the element in spring is to look at a tree. Wood is the element of spring. The elements of liver and gallbladder. If you look at a healthy tree you see a rooted, grounded, strong, but flexible, reaching out in all directions! We want to envision ourselves as a healthy, growing, and thriving rooted tree in spring! Look forward to more Spring element wisdom to come soon!

Rolling into Kinstone Retreat May 13th- 15th 2022!

You wanted detail? Well, wait no more here is the scoop. We will be offering a full retreat minus the accommodations. Come with your family or rolling friends! There are many places to stay from hotels, BNB's, Airbnb's, River boat rentals and more. We will be meeting at Kinstone daily From Friday the 13th-Sunday the 15th. There will be 3 Rolling classes, 3 Workshops, and a 1.5hr private session for each participant. You will have the opportunity to sign up for your private session at time of registration. To lock in your private session time, register ASAP! We have spots for 8 private session rollers and possibly a few more that are looking for a reduced rate without a private session! The Workshops being offered:


Hands workshop:

Getting the itch to get back into the garden and outside activities without the bulk clothes. This is a great workshop to put a little bit of spring back into your hands, forearms, and fingers!! Prepare your upper body for the seasons ahead. We will start at the finger tips and work all the way to the chest. You will need 1 foot saver and 1 black ball. If the weather permits this workshop will be taught outside on the stones! Bringing even more life energy into our healing hands workshop!


Pelvic Floor Stress & Healthy Sex Workshop: 

Tired of stress-dribbling, sneezing, coughing, really anything stimulating causing urination or stool incontinence? Lacking muscle control, or function during sex? Or just want to have a strong functional pelvic floor regardless of what you do? This workshop is exactly what you need to maintain pelvic function or regain function again. This workshop is for men and women. We will start with grounding ourselves and opening our hips. We will then dive into stimulating the pelvic floor bones and their connections. We will spread our sits bones. We will release our tailbones. All releases will create connections between the pubic ramus, tailbone, sit bones, and anus. You will feel stronger, more grounded, and balanced from the pubic bone/sacrum and out! You will learn where your body is holding on too tightly and where you are too loose. This is pinnacle to you beginning your journey to a healthy, toned, pelvic floor. That will allow you to be you! You will need 2 black balls, and 1 gold ball. This workshop will take place in the Yurt. The Yurt is a truly magical place at Kinstone. You will feel safe, secure, and wrapped in the love from the earth, sky, stones, and Kinstone!


Full Back workshop:

Enjoy rolling up your spine? Want to know more about how to get into the cracks and cervices of your vertebras? Have questions on what is safe and what isn’t. Have instabilities in your spine that never seem to completely resolve? Come check out this detailed workshop focusing on the tailbone all the way to the base of the skull!! You will find new releases that may just change your mind on what activities you can do again in your life. You will need 2 black balls, and 1 gold ball. 


Outside Activities at Kinstone include: 

Taking/Walking in Kinstone, Kinstone journal activities, meditations, Reiki, Tai Chi, Rolling, foraging walks on the land, Sing bowls, drumming, Fire Circles, Full moon Lunar Eclipse Celebration!!! Fire Sauna, Personal Vision Boards(done in Zentangle style-no skill necessary) 

Excellent wild, locally sourced foods for all collective meals.
