Discussion on Education TOMORROW

with Jonathan Butcher

Will Skillman Fellow in Education at

The Heritage Foundation

If you haven't already, set up a recurring reminder that our 88th Texas Legislature Zoom Series is in full swing. Every first and third Friday we are going to be joined by insiders and experts to educate you and empower YOU to affect change in Austin.

Be sure you don't miss our call this Friday at 7 a.m. when we will be getting an update on legislative activity from Sen. Bryan Hughes and newly elected House Republican Caucus Secretary Rep. Jacey Jetton. We also have a very special guest from the Heritage Foundation, Jonathan Butcher (Click here for bio). Jonathan is an expert on the issue that you all told me was among your top priorities this session, education. We know that school finance is a perennial issue but we also have leftists trying to use our schools to hyper sexualize our kids and indoctrinate them with progressive nonsense like Critical Race Theory. What can we do to protect our kids from harmful left-wing ideology while ensuring that they are properly educated and prepared for the real world? Are things working in other states that we should consider here in Texas? Jonathan is a nationally recognized authority that will educate us and be able to answer a few questions you might have.

I look forward to speaking with you and our special guests this Friday!
