MAKEOVER MONDAY

This week I am showcasing my Exterior Re-imagining Services.

For homeowners or investors who want to improve the exterior of their home,

I provide clients with a digital image showing exterior changes like

new paint color, lighting, doors, shutters, landscaping etc.

This home already had a little modern vibe to it and the goal was to keep the look but updated to make it more contemporary. As many know, I really like the dark, light, wood combo and that is my signature look right now. I also like updating exteriors in different styles as well so just let me know your ideas!

BEFORE...

The pinkish tan color really needed an update. Making the front doors more prominant was the goal along with a more current pallet. If possible, I would recommend putting solar panels on a less focal area. Many Buyers are not big fans of the panels on the front even though it can save money on energy.

AFTER

Since this was already on the modern side I used the dark, white and wood theme that can really update the look. Changing the front door, adding a wood accent and metal overhang really made the entryway pop. Adding some height with the narrow plants added the finishing touch.

All this adds to the curb appeal, value and SALES PRICE!
