MESSAGE FROM OUR CEO, VERONICA COOL

Colegas,
In Hispanic culture, the holiday season officially wraps up with the celebration of "El Día de Los Reyes Magos," or Three Kings' Day, on January 6th. On this day, our families gather, additional gifts are exchanged, and the official "twelve days of Christmas," come to an end. So, with that, we say:
Welcome to 2022!
Over the last two years, we have witnessed significant changes in the world, from a raging pandemic that affected nearly every aspect of our lives to scientific advances that today are allowing us to begin to return to life as we knew it. The word “normal” has been reimagined, and we’re optimistic that 2022 holds a promising future.
At Cool, we are excited to continue our work in bridging the gap for Hispanics as our community continues to grow and thrive like never before.
Last year, our team reached Latinos in the United States by means of impactful collaborations with our partners through translations, live events, forums on COVID-19, various outreach campaigns, and our Hispanic Heritage Month Series.
This year, we are poised to continue supporting you and reaching the fastest-growing segment of the minority population.
According to data by McKinsey & Company, Hispanics are opening new businesses at a faster pace than any other ethnicity. Additionally, JP Morgan and Chase state that Latino entrepreneurs will make up 29 percent of the U.S. population by 2050, a significant increase from today's 17 percent.
These figures exemplify that now more than ever, it is crucial to reach Hispanics in every segment of the population, both in the workforce and at home. Our numbers merit proper representation.
As we enter 2022, I look forward to our continued partnership and collaboration. From the Cool team (check out our virtual party picture!) and our families, we wish you all the best in your endeavors and most of all, health and prosperity in this new year.
Saludos,
Veronica Cool
