Do you find it difficult to converse with panelists and speakers at networking events and conferences? Ease into connecting with senior practitioners by participating in our Early Career S. California Dinner, part of a series of events. You can ask a senior professional your questions about the industry and career development over a glass of wine.

The next dinner is at BARI with Kirsten Fraunces, EVP and Head of Capital Markets (bio below). The event is self-sponsored, and each member will pay for their own meal. You need not have attended prior events to participate in this dinner.

Registration is limited to 10 Early Career members to maintain an intimate setting and facilitate open conversation. Kirsten Fraunces
EVP and Head of Capital Markets, Wedbush Securities

Kirsten is a member of the President’s Executive Committee and responsible for overseeing the Capital Markets Division; including Equity Research, Equity Sales & Trading, and Institutional Muni Trading. She joined Wedbush in 2002 as a VP in Equity Sales, and during her 19-year tenure she has played a number of pivotal roles including a top producer, Head of Equity Sales, Head of Equities, and now Head of Capital Markets. In 2018 Kirsten founded the Wedbush Organization of Women, to help provide women at the firm the tools they need to succeed and pathways for advancement. In 2020 she helped launch and became Chair of Wedbush’s Colleague, Community, Culture and Change Committee, bringing focus and leadership to the firm’s diversity, inclusion and community outreach initiatives.
