D1 Development in Front of the Planning Board This Week!
This is madness. The ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐น๐ถ๐บ๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐พ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐น๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ฒ๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ฃ๐น๐ฎ๐ป ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฃ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ญ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ง๐ฎ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ is third on the Planning Boardโs agenda this Thursday, at a hearing beginning at 7pm โ particularly, that planโs proposal to excuse itself from a requirement to leave intact a 100โ-wide buffer between new development and County-designated scenic road College Avenue.
