Please report absences, late arrivals, or early dismissals by 7:45am to [email protected]. Also include your child's teacher on the email. All doors close at 8:10am daily for grades K-8. If your child is tardy, they will need to enter the main school doors on Waiola.

Tax Return Tuition Credit info from FACTS.
Follow these steps in your FACTS account to obtain a statement of the tuition information required for the Illinois Tuition Tax Credit form.
How to get Tax Return Tuition Credit info from FACTS.
Step 1: Sign in at https://online.factsmgt.com
Step 2: Select 'View Details'
Step 3: Select 'View Payment Summary' (Page will open in another window or tab)
Step 4: Select the year & then 'Print'
These statements can be used to fill out the Illinois Receipt for Qualified Education Expenses for your Illinois tax return and/or, in the case of PreSchool, the Child and Dependent Care Expenses form for your Federal tax return.

As Spring is (hopefully) approaching us soon, now is the time to start thinking about the Spring Sing! It is going to be a little different this year! The theme this year is "Singing Through the Decades!", AND we are including 7th and 8th grade!
Grades that are performing include 1, 3, 5, 7, & 8.
*Due to the Lyons Township HS Prom affecting so many of our families we have decided to change the Spring Sing to May 4th. Details are as follows:
When: Thursday, May 4th (this was previously on May 12th and has been changed*)
Where: SFX Gym
Dress: Sunday Best
Arrival Time: 6:00-6:10pm - Parents may enter the gym after 6:00pm. Doors will be locked at 6:30pm. Students should report to Joyce Hall.
Show Time: 6:30pm

One of our teams took 2nd place at the Nazareth Academy Scholastic Bowl! The students on the winning team were: Gus Schaff, Jack Schaff, Christina Skoufis and Jane Weber. Other SFX competitors were Gabby Gergits, Claire Hopkins, Claire Olson and Alyssa Strayer. The students did a great job and had fun too! | |

Our trophy display is getting full again this year!
SFX 6th Grade Boys swept past 26 other teams to secure 2nd place to St. Francis DeSales in the Championship Game on Monday night!
The team included: Matthew Fekrat, Bobby Riboul, Quinn Carroll, Declan Sullivan, Luke O'Reilly, Patrick Gannon, Billy McLaughlin, Charles Fitzpatrick, and Gannon Carin. Thank you to EVERYONE who came out to cheer them on!

The winter registration process powered by our new TeamSnap platform was a resounding success, and we're now launching our Spring Registration leveraging the same platform. This is where you really see the benefits as all athletes that competed in a Winter sport will already have a TeamSnap profile, and can easily be added to your Spring Registration. This will save you time so you can read more of my TeamSnap emails!!!!
In addition to saving you time, TeamSnap greatly reduces the effort in tracking registrations, helps coaches manage teams, and provides the best in class communication capabilities for all coaches, players, fans and even your AD!
Please click the SFX Spring 2023 Athletics Registration Link to register for Spring athletics NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 18, 2023. It is critical that we finalize our teams in February in order to complete evaluations and begin practices in time for early spring game/meet schedules.
Spring athletics includes the following:
5th-8th Boys Volleyball
5th-8th Co-ed Track and Field
Athletic fees are listed, but when you checkout there will be no cost on the platform. Billing for Spring athletics will be seamlessly charged through your FACTs account!
