Fall Back Safely!
Clocks have rolled back and the daylight hours have become shorter.

Here is a friendly reminder to ensure your safety and those around you during the winter months. Please stay alert and aware of your surroundings. We should watch out for ourselves and each other.
We encourage you take the following measures:

  • Always be mindful of your surroundings. Constantly scan the area around you.
  • When possible, walk-in pairs.
  • Remember that your car can serve as an alarm if you need to bring attention to anything happening around you.
  • If anything around you appears suspicious, notify security and admin services.

Security can be reached at 601-500-9994.  If you see something, say something so we can do something.

Some of us arrive early for work and leave later from work when there is little traffic on the streets or in the parking garage. If you work late or on the weekend, you can call 601-500-9994 and ask Hertz's security for assistance in escorting you to or from your vehicle. Please be particularly vigilant during these times.

Again, thank you for all you do for the State of Mississippi. Let's remember to put safety above all else!
