Join us along with three education leaders to discuss our new Achieve60AZ Action Plan, a shared plan that identifies and prioritizes the most important action steps the state can take to advance the Achieve60AZ attainment goal and those in the Arizona Education Progress Meter.
Through 12 statewide convenings, with more than 300 educators, students, experts, and community and business leaders, ten key priorities were identified for how to move education forward in our state.
Our next Education Power Hour will include three experts who will discuss some of these priorities and how advocates can help to advance them:
-
Dr. Paul Stanton, Superintendent of Washington Elem. School District
-
Dr. Eric Bucher, CEO of the Arizona Association for the Education of Young Children
-
Emily Brown, School Counselor Director for the Arizona Department of Education
Join us to learn more about the key recommendations related to early education, teacher recruitment and retention, education and career planning and school counseling--and how you can be part of the solution.
Register today to join us on February 23 from noon to 1 p.m.
