Five Things The Chamber Did For Your Business This Past Week
1.We had a great Military & Veteran Affairs Committee (MAC) meeting with Guest Speaker Scott Davidson, Community Planner, 1 SOCES/CENP at Hurlburt. He shared some exciting projects they are currently working on and provided valuable insights on how we can collaborate. Special thanks to University Lending Group for sponsoring a delicious lunch for the meeting!
2. We had a Shamrock Stroll meeting, and we are excited to announced Santa Rosa County 4-H is this year’s Presenting Sponsor! The Shamrock Stroll 5K Fun Run/Walk/Pet Parade/Costume Contest will be held on Saturday, March 16th at 8 am on Navarre Beach.
3. We were part of the Navarre Centennial 2025 Celebration Committee Meeting. The Mission of the Navarre 2025 Centennial Celebration Committee is to bring together partners from throughout the Navarre area and Santa Rosa County to celebrate 100 years of Navarre’s people, places and achievements by promoting cultural and historical activities available to all citizens and visitors.
4. We attended NABOR’s Mardi Gras Breakfast sponsored by two Navarre Chamber Members: Centennial Bank and Reliable Land Title. A Big Congratulations goes out to Navarre Chamber Member Leigh Pyeatt/American Real Estate on being crowned Mardi Gras Queen!!
5. We spent some time at Pik-itz! with some artistic volunteers painting wine, martini & margarita glasses for the “Margaritaville Market”. The glasses will be available for purchase at the Navarre Chamber’s Grand Gala Celebration on Saturday, February 17th at Juana’s/Sailors’ Grill for only $20 each. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Navarre High School Art Department.
