Greetings from the Farm
What's New for 2023?
  • We added 5 new Cozy Cabins to our rental fleet.
  • Post & beam pavilion and fire pit next to the lodge is now open!
  • No more cash! We've added a convenient way to pay using an app on our laundry and vending machines.
  • Booking massages is now even easier! We've partnered with an online booking service so you can see availability and book directly with the therapists online.
Major Milestones!
Sharon, our super motivated Recreation Director, has been working with Normandy Farms for over 10 years.
Billy, our detail oriented Mechanic, has been fixing all the equipment for 25 years.
Lisa, our amazing Guest Relations/Office Manager, and Steve, our incredibly talented Carpenter, have been with Normandy Farms for 35 years.
We truly value all of our team members and feel so grateful for having retained these amazing individuals on our family team!
Meet Rhain
Rhain is approximately 10 months old. This adorable Labrador mix is looking for her family. She is a sweet girl who loves to play with other dogs and does well with cats. She is being fostered with children and would do well with older respectful children in the home. Rhain is your typical happy puppy who loves to snuggle, play, and explore new areas. Things To Do In the Area!
  • The Providence Rink: Ice Bumper Cars, The first outdoor rink to host this unique all-ages entertainment. Imagine sitting in the bumper car moving forwards, backward and sideways with a full 360-degree turn radius bumping opponents out of your way! Ice Skating offers public skating and rentals daily on an outdoor rink. https://theprovidencerink.com/
  • Cross Country Skiing: Right up the street from the park you will find F. Gilbert Hills State Forest with trails. F. Gilbert Hills is a 1000-acre state forest that offers 23 miles of trails through pine and oak. You can hike, mountain bike, and horseback ride, among other activities. The park is also part of the 30-mile Warner Trail that stretches from Sharon, Mass to Diamond Hill State park in Rhode Island. There are also 8 miles of motor biking trails.
  • Sundays – Raynham Flea Market, There is no shortage of goods including furniture, records, dolls, jewels, prints, vacuums, sneakers, designer clothes, and more. Our vendors have it all; from new to old, small to large, junk to treasures, you can find it all !

  • New Restaurant coming to Foxboro soon, Banh Mi Oi, Vietnamese offerings on Wall Street (across from the Post Office)
  • 1/12-1/15 Boston Celtic Music Festival, The 20th annual Boston Celtic Music Festival, known as BCMFest, returns to Club Passim, The Sinclair, The Crystal Ballroom of Somerville (for the ceilidh dance), and The First Parish Church of Cambridge (for sessions) January 12-15, 2023. Presented by Passim, a Cambridge-based non-profit that supports a vibrant music community through Club Passim, the Passim School of Music, artist grants and outreach initiatives. The 2023 festival will showcase Greater Boston’s deep tradition of music, song and dance from Irish, Scottish, Cape Breton and other Celtic communities. BCMFest features acts that are traditional as well as others that draw on contemporary sounds and ideas; full-time, professional touring acts as well as evenings-and-weekends musicians; and — most importantly — performers from across the generations.
  • 1/20-1/22 RI Boat Show at the RI Convention Center – think warm sunny days
  • 1/26 New England Winter Blues Festival in Norwood, Last year's Winter Blues Festival was a HUGE successful, SOLD OUT event featuring Luther "Guitar Jr." Johnson, Curtis Salgado and the fabulous Sonya Rae Taylor with Fallout Shelter faves The Wicked Lo-Down as the host, house band. It was a killer show! This year is going to surpass ALL expectations with three absolute monsters of blues guitar...Chicago blues superstar Nick Moss, Texas blues superstar Mike Zito and Italian blues superstar Roberto Morbioli ALL ON THE SAME BILL!! The house band will once again be Nick David's incredible band The Wicked Lo-Down. This will be a night of blues guitar that you will never forget!! To amass this much legendary talent on the stage is worthy of a huge outdoor festival...you can get it in the coolest room in New England...up close, in the middle of the action!!
  • 1/28 RI Brewfest in Providence, Join us on January 28, 2023 for this celebration of American craft brewers and sample from 50+ breweries and over 200 styles of beer. The event will have two sessions from 1:00 – 4:00 PM and 5:30 – 8:30 PM. All beverage samples are included in your ticket, access to food vendors and much more. Every attendee will receive a custom glass as they exit the festival.
  • 2/18 Blue Hills Reservation, Canton - 1:00 pm—3:30 pm Moderately difficult 4-mile Red Dot Buck Hill hike. Some steep and rocky parts, particularly at the beginning, with a more gentle return route. Meet at Houghton’s Pond main parking lot at 840 Hillside Street in Milton. (617) 698-1802
  • 2/26 Borderland State Park, Easton 10:00 am—12:00 pm Join us for a moderate paced, mostly flat, 3.5 mile hike along the Pond Walk Trail and some un-named trails along the way. Meet at visitor center at 259 Massapoag Avenue in N. Easton. Parking fee. (508) 238-6566
