Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized form of therapy that is designed to help adults, adolescents, and their families cope with dysregulated emotions and behaviors. In this class, interpersonal effectiveness skills are taught to help clients build and maintain stable relationships. This module teaches skills to help clients with boundary setting, balancing a relationship’s needs with their own goals and values, and living a life that is consistent with their own values.

As a parent, you want what is best for your child, but it is not always easy to know what type of support they need.

Therapy groups can provide a sense of community and connectedness for students who may feel isolated during summer break, allowing them to build important skills, receive support from peers, and reduce the stigma associated with mental health. Register your student for a weekly group addressing issues like anxiety, social skills, preparing for college, and more!
