Most of our office staff are homeworking and our brilliant warehouse team have implemented all recommended safe working practices. To date, we have not been informed of any supply chain issues and most customers are still working. We are maintaining constant contact with our suppliers, and will let you know if this situation changes. We remain fully operational with a well-stocked warehouse and expect to continue providing you with the same high standard and seamless service. Adhesives for Packaging & End-of-Line Cardboard Cartons and Boxes
Techsil offer a wide range of tecbond® hotmelt adhesives and tec™ glueguns for many packaging applications. Momentive InvisiSil Optical Range for LED Applications & Screens
InvisiSil silicones offer both optical clarity, excellent light transmittance and protection. Used by the LED, photonics, automotive, medical, aerospace, marine, defence and electronics industries. A popular product in this range is InvisiSil IVS9520 glob top encapsulant designed for lens formation of COB LEDs and SMD LED packages.

Permabond ES550 & ES579 Now Available in Smaller Cartridges
Two of Permabond's popular heat cure epoxies are now available in convenient 100ml cartridges with plunger and nozzle included. These cartridges do not require a dispensing gun and are ideal for customers with smaller usage.
ES550 is a very popular silver-coloured toughened heat cure epoxy - ideal for high strength structural bonding, often replacing welding.
ES579 offers great structural bonding performance. It is a popular choice for electronic components as it doesn't conduct electricity, yet offers excellent thermal conductivity, helping conduct heat away from sensitive components.

There are many conditions to be considered when choosing an O-Ring seal. The online O-Ring Calculator from our supply partner Trelleborg, offers engineers and professionals a quick and easy way to calculate O-Ring dimensions and the appropriate housing layout. By simply entering installation specifications for an application, it recommends O-Ring sizes, housing layout and corresponding part numbers.

How to Choose the Right Type of Thermally Conductive Silicone
There are many types of thermally conductive silicone materials available including pastes, cured pads, RTVs, gels, adhesives, gap fillers, phase change materials and greases. The type you choose will be mainly governed by the application and dispensing method preferred. This guide compares the main types and their relative benefits.

UV Curing Medical Adhesives from Panacol
Typical medical device applications which use UV curing adhesives include needles and cannulas, reservoirs, tube sets and catheters. Curing is fully completed in seconds meaning that immediate on-line quality assurance checks are possible. They meet USP Class VI and/or ISO 10993 standards and withstand common sterilisation processes. Techsil also supply matching UV curing systems from Hoenle.

Techsil® VT2420LV is a crystal clear, 2-part, low viscosity room temp curing polyurethane resin designed for the potting and encapsulation of LED's, Lumiere's and Modules.
