Father in Heaven, we ask your blessing on the game we are about to play. Give each one of us the courage to play this game in a manner which by our words and our actions is pleasing to you. Spring Weather Cancellations

We will do our best to communicate any weather-related cancellations prior to school dismissal. Due to the ever-fluctuating Texas weather, we will not make that determination too early in the day, unless severe weather eminent. We will play unless there is a heavy downpour or lightning. In the case of lightning sited or within 5 miles on weather bug, we will delay play 30 minutes. Our "safe" zone for lightning is the Savio gym covered porch. 

Holy Family Angels - Cheer Registration is open! 

(DEADLINE is April 19th)

Calling all incoming 5-8th grade girls for the 2024-2025 season.

Cheer kicks off in June with a 2-day camp ($125) then the season runs from August through February. The squad cheers at school games, spirit rallies and other school events. 

Cheer Parent Meeting - April 17th at 6pm in the Library Classroom

Cost - $80 athletic fee, plus cost of uniform/shoes (Approx $100 new team members)

Mrs. Mitchell is looking for some creative/helpful moms to work on the Locker Emblems for our spring athletes. The kiddos look forward to these small tokens of recognition.

Basketball Uniforms

Mrs. Kilburn will do an extensive inventory check after Spring Break. If there are outstanding uniforms, reminders will be sent.

Soccer

Great start to the season in non-conference play. All 3 of our teams coming out strong! Go, Fight, Win!

Soccer Games - Please have your child bring their soccer ball on game days. They are needed for warm up and a few good balls as "game" balls.

The practice schedule and games are on the HOLY FAMILY website. You may check with your coaches as well.

Parents are responsible for getting players to the away games (any off-campus practices/games).  All locations are shown on the schedule on the CAPPS site. 

Early Dismissal Procedure

If your player has an "away" game at 4:15 or 4:30 they will have an early release. They can be picked up at 3pm in the Grace Building on these days.



They will be changed and ready to go. If you have siblings that have to get released as well, please contact Mrs. Flores. 

Yearbook

Thank you to the families who have submitted sports pictures to the Yearbook staff. The Fall and Winter Sports section of the yearbook has been sent to Jostens. The Yearbook staff is currently accepting pictures for Track and Soccer through the beginning of April.

Angel 6-Man Tackle Football

There is still room for more players - Register Today?

Inviting all 2024 incoming 7th and 8th grade boys to become part of our Angels tradition of 6-Man tackle football! We need 13 players to field a team. Practices will start early August and the cost is $150. 

Our 2022 team had a tremendous amount of fun and finished with a winning season. The season finale was the homecoming game at a full Westwood Stadium.

This is a great opportunity to learn the game and compete in a safe environment.
