2023 Pledges and Giving
Pledges
Thank you to the 68 families, individuals, and organizations that have pledged for 2023. Many of you have increased your pledge this year and we are so very thankful. We also have several new pledgers and we appreciate your financial commitment to your church home. We are currently at 95% of our $250,000 pledge goal.
If you have not pledged, are you willing to help your church reach and even exceed our goal?
There are a number of ways to pledge:
-
- Mail your pledge card
- Place it in the offering plate on Sunday
- Leave your card in the office during the week
- Call the church office if you need help
Do Not Be Afraid is the stewardship theme for 2023. As we move into this new year, not being afraid includes dreaming bigger and moving deeper into increased financial commitment and support of the works of our church.
Please prayerfully consider joining your sisters and brothers who have already made a pledge.
Giving
Your on-going financial support of St. Philip’s through your pledges and general giving is greatly appreciated. The money you give provides over 96% of the funds available to do what we are called to do as a life-giving church.
In addition to your pledges and general giving, we hope you will also donate to our church's specific funds and ministries including the Rector’s Discretionary Fund, Transportation Ministry, Food Pantry, Endowment Fund, Building Maintenance Fund, and Outreach.
Throughout this year, as part of our stewardship communications, you will learn more about these funds and ministries, and be reminded to give to them. Although we will designate specific months for this additional giving, you may donate at any time.
For January, the funds and ministries focus is:
- Transportation Ministry
- Building Maintenance Fund
- Rector's Discretionary Fund
When you give, please designate the fund/ministry on the memo line of your check or in the description box of the online giving form. If you use giving envelopes, all the specific giving categories are listed on each envelope.
Both your general and additional donations support the financial health and stability of our church, and our work in the community. St. Philip’s programs and ministries thrive due to your giving. We are grateful for you.
Giving Envelopes
Giving envelopes are available for those who have used envelopes in the past. There are also a few extra envelope books in the church office if you would like one. Please contact our office manager, Diem Miller, or Artile White.
2022 Pledges and Giving
