1.) Save the Date: INSPIRE Conference Thursday, August 10th at Seattle U 8:30am – 3:30pm
Please save the date for the INSPIRE conference on Thursday, August 10th at Seattle U from 8:30am – 3:30pm. All Early Learning Staff in your program are invited to this FREE in-person conference that will bring us together for sessions specifically focused on our Early Learning Programs. I will send you the online registration link shortly! This conference will have a specific tract for Early Learning where you will enjoy great speakers and have the opportunity to share resources about your program and create community with other Early Learning Leaders.
2.) Licensed ONLY: Blood Borne Pathogens Refresher Training is Due Annually
One of the licensing compliance items that is often missed during our monitoring visits is out of date Blood Borne Pathogens Training. The Training needs to be refreshed annually for all staff working in licensed programs. Below I have included a link to the FREE state of Washington L and I Blood Borne Pathogens Training. Once the training is complete staff need to update the date of the training in their MERIT account and have a hard copy document of training completion in their physical staff file. Have you ever needed just a quick reminder on how to input a new date for a Health and Safety Training in MERIT, Connect a new staff with your program in their account or Upload Educational Transcripts.
