FSC provides high-quality therapeutic counseling for individuals and families, with expanded services to include clients within a wide range of ages, from preschoolers to older adults. FSC’s experienced staff provides Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Substance Abuse Assessment and 12-step aftercare, Client-Centered Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Family Systems Therapy. HEALTH CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY
Healthcare Power of Attorney (HCPOA) is a practical step to bring peace of mind in an emergency. It allows a parent access to the medical team for a family member over 18 years old in the case of an emergency. A comprehensive talk on on the Township YouTube channel here explains its importance and completing the paperwork. Agency partner attorneys at North Suburban Legal Aid will once again offer a clinic to complete the form on August 3rd from 3:30-6:30PM at the Township. Registration for this donation-based event will be forthcoming.
