Calling All Singers!

The Grace Choir invites YOU to join us for Good Friday AND Easter Sunday!

On Good Friday we will present a service of anthems and readings at the 7pm service. Easter Sunday we will be singing a joyous anthem “He is Risen Indeed!” at the 8:45 and 10:30am services. We welcome anyone who wants to join us for this limited commitment to make music together and tell a beautiful story.

WHAT: Grace Choir Lenten Journey

WHEN: Tuesday evenings from 7:30-8:15pm beginning March 7th.

WHERE: Sanctuary of Grace Lutheran

WHO: EVERYONE is invited! If you have a friend who enjoys singing, bring them along!

Last Weekend to Sign Up!

People of Grace - or should I say Grace-full people! On Wednesday night, March 8th from 7-8:45pm, we will have another wonderful opportunity to pack food to feed children in need while having a great time in the process. Make it a family event - invite your friends as well. You can register by:

1. Signing up on the clipboard before or after worships in the Narthex.
2. Call the Church Office

Stepping Stone Is Moving!

Help is needed on March 11th for the Stepping Stone Move. The newly renovated residence facility on the 2nd floor at Stepping Stone is almost ready for occupancy! On March 11th at 1:00pm, help will be needed to move beds, furniture, and supplies from the temporary living spaces on the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. If you are available to assist, please contact Ann Lange at 763.438.5623.

First Communion Class

Who: 3rd grade or parental decision, if you feel your child is ready.

When: Wednesday March 22 and March 29 6:00-7:00pm. Thursday April 6th 6:30-8:00pm Worship Celebration at Maundy Thursday Worship.

Children of all ages are welcome to the Lord’s Table. Historically at Grace, children in third grade have been invited to receive First Communion instruction. However, if you believe your child is ready, we welcome them to participate in First Communion instruction. In the same way if your child is older than third grade, but they haven’t yet received First Communion instruction, they are invited to attend as well. Parents and children are required to attend this class together. Following our First Communion Class, children will receive their First Communion in Worship on April 6th (Maundy Thursday Worship) at 7:00pm. Please register before March 8th so we can make sure we have enough supplies for you! 

Join Us For Eggstravaganza

April 2, 2023

11:45am to 1:00pm

This amazing family event includes and Easter egg hunt, and fun games and activities. Please note there is no Sunday School on April 2nd. Come and worship with us for Palm Sunday; stay for Easter fun, food and fellowship! No need to sign-up, just join us!

Individually wrapped bite size candy, small trinkets for prizes and snack cakes are needed for this fun event. Drop donated items off in the Children’s Ministry Office by March 19th.

Summer Stretch

Registration Open!

Are you a current 5th-8th grader and worried you will be bored this summer? Worry no more! Participate this summer in a dynamic ministry that stretches your faith and your friendships at Grace Lutheran Church! Summer Stretch runs every Thursday (June 22nd – August 3rd) from 9:00am – 5:00pm. 

Noisy Offerings gathered in March donations will be going to Turkey and Syria Earthquake Relief Fund.
