Remember to register for next week's Convocation meeting scheduled for Wednesday, February 2nd at 7pm via Zoom using this Pre-Registration Link. (We are asking that you register so that we can replicate the virtual environment planned for Convention. This will help us practice and troubleshoot any issues prior to March 5th).

FINANCIALS
 
View the Budget. With an electronic vote, our Diocesan Council approved the Diocesan Budget for our 2022 Convention. We are forwarding this to you in your position with your parish. Please forward this to your Registrar and Vestry.
 
View the Apportionments. Our Apportionment Sheet records the apportionment commitments as they come in. Apportionments are due by the end of the year, but many parishes do not provide this as required. This version, dated January 11, was the information we had at the time we put the last finishing touches on the budget presented to the Finance Committee. Most of the verbal or otherwise communicated estimates are shown as parish estimates but only signed copies of the Apportionment Commitments are shown as “Final”.

SLATE OF NOMINEES


Each year at our annual convention we have the privilege to elect our representatives to the Diocesan Council, Standing Committee, and the Board of Managers of the Trust Funds. In doing so, we help shape the future of our Diocese by electing clergy and lay leaders to these important offices.

Bishop San has charged the Nominations Committee (Sally Rifenburg (Chair), the Very Rev. Henry Sabetti & Nancy Robson of the Northern Convocation, Very Rev. Charlie Osberger & Tina Mills of the Middle Convocation and Rev. David Michaud, Tom Schuster, & John P. Rue of the Southern Convocation) to recruit candidates to be considered for election to these roles at the 154th Convention of the Diocese on March 5, 2022.
