Wellness Wednesday

Welcome, Mindful March!

March week one focus: Acceptance. Be comfortable with who you are. No one is perfect, yet we often expect ourselves to be. When we learn to accept ourselves, we will likely be happier and better at learning and growing! For access to all of our mental health resources for students and families, including coping with stress and trauma, information regarding our middle school counselors and community health partners, along with the archive of Wellness Wednesday issues, please visit our website.
