VLCT Announces Municipal Reinvestment Pilot Program

We are testing whether VLCT's investment portfolio could include financing non-profit community and economic development projects, with the goal of also bolstering the long-term viability of our member communities by catalyzing projects that contribute to increasing grand lists. To seek financial support of a project, ask questions before 5/26 and submit a letter of intent before 6/16.

Help Inform the Municipal Climate Change Vulnerability Index

Municipal governments are in the best position to identify the community-level infrastructure components that are most vulnerable to climate change. The Office of Climate Action at the Agency of Natural Resources will seek your input in making Vermont’s Municipal Vulnerability Index (MVI) at an online meeting in early June.


Partner with DCF to Address Unsheltered Homelessness

Vermont’s Department of Children and Families (DCF) seeks letters of interest ASAP from organizations and leaders on ways to address ongoing needs as the state’s General Assistance Emergency Housing Program concludes.


Take the 2023 Vermont Planning Survey

Share your community planning priorities and tell the Vermont Dept of Housing and Community Development about your experience with Municipal Planning Grants and Bylaw Modernization Grants. Your responses will help shape the FY24 grants and other initiatives.
