COVID-19 CAMP ADJUSTMENTS:

1) DAILY SCHEDULE IS CONDENSED TO ELIMINATE LAG TIME INSIDE BUILDING

3) LUNCH IS TO BE CONSUMED OUTDOORS WHENEVER POSSIBLE

3) ALL UPDATED PROTOCOLS WILL BE FOLLOWED AND COMMUNICATED AS WE ARE MADE AWARE OF THEM BY FACILITY AND AHS

Elite Prospect Camp

Camp Fee ($1249 + GST)

Technical/Tactical Coaching Balance

1) 2:1 Ratio with a Max of 12 goalies per group

2) 7.5 Hours of On Ice Sessions

3) Dedicated on ice time each morning to refine and hone all technical components of your game

4) Afternoon ice sessions will consist of game situational drills where goalies will train and enhance their read and react skill set as well as their rush management awareness

5) High end shooters (Jr A/WHL/Univ) will challenge the goalies every afternoon

On Ice Instant Feedback

1) All stations will have iPads at them where live footage will be captured and viewed while on ice.

Off Ice Sessions

1) Goalie specific yoga sessions each day that focus on improved hip/ankle mobility with extra emphasis on making RVH usage less stressful on our bodies

2) Guest speakers will be brought in to discuss:

How to make a career out of hockey

Proper mental preparation/game emotion management

Different paths in hockey - WHL vs NCAA
