Exhibit Hall hours are open so attendees will not have to choose whether to go to the Exhibit Hall or an educational session. The Hall will be open to maximize opportunities to meet attendees face-toface and learn how your products can best serve their needs.

You’re An Attendee Too!

As a registered exhibitor, you get to attend our conference. This means you can attend any of the keynote presentations and concurrent sessions alongside our attendees. These are fabulous opportunities to network with potential prospects and learn something new with your peers!

All Roads Lead To You

Attendees receive an exhibit hall map to help them locate your booth. These maps will have exhibitors and booth numbers listed if your contract for exhibiting space is submitted prior to the publication deadline. The map will be distributed onsite at registration to ensure every attendee receives one.

Tenative Exhibition Schedule:

Exhibitors will only be allowed access to their booth for move in and move out during the hours specified below:

Tuesday, April 26th

6:30am – 7:30am Check-In & Setup (T)
7:30am – 4:00pm Exhibit Showcase
4:00pm – 5:00pm Exhibit Move Out (T)

Tuesday & Wednesday, April 26-27th

6:30am – 7:30am Check-In & Setup (T)
7:30am – 6:00pm Exhibit Showcase
6:00pm – 7:00pm Exhibit Move Out (W)

All space assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. HCAW reserves the right to assign space as equitably as possible.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations and/or requests for refunds must be made in writing to HCAW. A full refund, less a $75 administrative fee will be granted on or before April 1, 2022. A 50% refund of total exhibit fees, less a $75 administrative fee will be granted upon written notice received by HCAW Aril 2–April 22, 2022. Commencing April 23, 2022, no refunds will be made. Full payment is due by April 26, 2022.

Agreement:

Exhibitor assumes responsibility and agrees to indemnify and defend the Home Care Association of Washington and DoubleTree Suites By Hilton, Seattle Airport Southcenter and their respective employees and agents against any claims or expenses arising out of the use of the exhibition premises. The Exhibitor understands that neither the Home Care Association of Washington nor DoubleTree Suites By Hilton, Seattle Airport Southcenter maintain insurance covering the Exhibitor's property and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance
