New Jewelry from Our Member Galleries
By Art Jewelry Forum

Happy new year! Art Jewelry Forum’s international gallery supporters celebrate and exhibit art jewelry. Our monthly On Offer series allows this extensive network of international galleries to showcase extraordinary pieces personally selected to tempt and inspire you!

Jewelry is always poised to start a conversation and reveal deeply personal, otherwise hidden, information about ourselves and others. In her most recent work, Kerianne Quick explores friendship, tools of access, and memory. Keys to spaces from the artist’s past act as powerful symbols of power, security, and protection. Quick is offering to make a custom piece similar to the included image. Your own key will be immortalized in a sterling silver hand-fabricated hollow form with handmade findings.

Apply for the Young Artist Award by January 9, 2022

The biennial Young Artist Award (YAA) recognizes innovative work created by a jewelry artist early in their career. Through the YAA, Art Jewelry Forum supports new and exciting work that will direct the future development of the art jewelry field.

The competition offers a prize of US$7,500 for the winner and US$1,000 for each of the four finalists, as well as an exhibition at Schmuck—art jewelry's biggest and most prestigious annual event—in March 2022.

Ambitious contemporary jewelry artists age 35 and under are invited to apply for this international prize in contemporary art jewelry, which acknowledges promise, innovation, and individuality. The distinguished jurors are collector and gallerist Karen Rotenberg, curator Chequita Nahar, and 2020 YAA winner MJ Tyson.
