STR: U.S. hotel results for week ending 12 February
U.S. weekly hotel performance advanced to its highest levels since December, according to STR‘s latest data through 12 February. 

6-12 February 2022 (percentage change from comparable week in 2019*):
  • Occupancy: 54.6% (-14.0%)
  • Average daily rate (ADR): US$133.72 (+1.3%)
  • Revenue per available room (RevPAR): US$73.00 (-12.9%
