The District will also be carefully examining staffing for additional roles, such as instructional coaches, coordinators and counselors across all schools to make sure that there is adequate leadership, instructional support and student support at all buildings.

Ludlow School Update

On January 26, 2024, teams working on the Ludlow School renovation project conducted a three-hour eco-charrette. The activity involved nearly 20 individuals and was conducted by a professional facilitator. The eco-charrette provided an interactive brainstorming exercise that generated and targeted sustainability goals for the project and explored the cost benefits of various sustainable design strategies specific to the project. The activity included architects from the GPD Group, the firm handling design and architectural services, District leaders, community members, PreK staff and representatives from Gilbane Building Co., the Construction Manager At Risk (CMR).
