MARCH HIGHLIGHTS

Please Participate in the Resource and Referral Technology Platform Selection

On December 20th Redwood Community Health Coalition (RCHC) released a Request For Proposals (RFP) to select vendors. The RFP incorporated input from the community regarding desired functions and six vendors submitted proposals. RCHC and Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos Action Team members are currently in the process of evaluating vendor proposals based upon an extensive list of criteria, weighted to reflect the functions identified as priorities by the community. A selection will be made by March 30, 2022.

Community Stakeholder Meeting:

Our Resource Connection Network Action Team is currently reviewing vendor proposals for the resource and referral technology platform. The Community Stakeholder Meeting will be held this Wednesday, March 2nd from 11:00am-12:30pm to serve as an opportunity to provide community feedback before the final selection is made by Sonoma Connect | Sonoma Unidos.

Contact Kelly Fernandez at kfernandez@rchc.net to be forwarded the invite.
