Catholic Schools Week: Saturday, January 27th through Saturday, February 4th. Below is a listing of daily events.
Parents, when you have a change in your pick up routine you need to let the office know by email ([email protected]) or written note before noon. We understand things change so if you do not know your plans until after 12:00, you must call the school office at 636-8922. An afternoon email will likely not get checked until after dismissal and the message will not get relayed. All notifications about absences, dr. appointments, early dismissal, vacations, etc, need to go through the office either by phone call or by email to [email protected].
The spirit wear gear store is open until Friday, February 16. Orders usually take 3 weeks to get in after the closing date.

An order form has already gone home to order the chocolate bars you want to sell. Please return this form to school ASAP. No candy bars will be sent home without this form returned.
Candy bars will be sent home with the kids on Friday, January 26th. If you are wanting to personally pick up the candy bars, please let me know ahead of time so I can keep them in the office for you.

My name is Lindsey Steinbeck and this is my third year of teaching third grade at St. Peter. I attended Immaculate Conception, Helias High School, and Missouri State University. I am a member of Immaculate Conception Church. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, and I will have my Masters in Educational Technology and a certificate in Online Teaching and Learning this spring.
I got engaged this past summer so I have been very busy planning for my wedding next summer. I also started up a custom sugar cookie business to keep me busy this summer. I recently became an aunt to my nephew, Theo.
It has always been a dream of mine to be a teacher so I am thankful to be able to live out my dream!
It is with a heavy heart that I tell you I will not be returning next year. My fiance and I will be moving to Kansas City this summer where I will continue my teaching career. I have been so blessed to work with wonderful students, coworkers, and families. Thank you all for being so welcoming to me three years ago when I first started working at St. Peter. St. Peter is such a special place to me and I will always cherish my time here.

Hosted by The National Shrine of Mary, Mother of the Church and lead by a professional coach and Catholic mom, Jenna Mayo, the format of this program encourages mothers to observe, connect, share, and learn from one another – offering an engaging opportunity for inclusion and true community. TO BE AN “ACTIVE” CATHOLIC STEWARD MEANS:
- To Pray: that is, attend Mass faithfully in the parish on weekends and Holy Days.
- To Participate: that is, to use one’s time and talents to strengthen the parish community and advance the Gospel.
- To Sacrificially Give: that is, pledge and remain current on a tithe of financial first fruits to support the life and ministries of the parish. The goal is 8% to the parish and 2% to other worthy charities.
