Love is celebrated differently all around the world!

Saint Valentine is the patron saint of Vico del Gargano, Italy, where he protects local orange groves from the winter and cold temperatures. In this village, also known as “the Village of Love,” they celebrate La Festa Degli Innamorati with a morning mass followed by a parade through the village streets carrying a wooden statue of San Valentino decorated with citrus and laurel. Oranges and lemons are blessed, and people eat them to ensure joy and happiness!
