In order for us to secure the date (we have a proposal that will expire soon), The resort requires a deposit to commit your spot.  When: Friday, October 20 - Sunday, October 22 Stay: 2 Night Stay: 4 person condo (3 bedroom/2 bath units: Q, Q, 2 Twin) Play: 2 Rounds Golf: Devil's Knob Saturday and Stony Creek Sunday Optional winery tour Saturday after golf**  Where: Wintergreen Resort - Wintergreen, VA Cost: $480 per person - Deposit now of $155 per person Great opportunity for a golf weekend get-a-way  at this beautiful, Blue Ridge mountain resort. Action Needed for this golf get-a-way: This proposal is for 20 people (group rates). Registration is open to members only until February 6 at which time, if spots are still open, it will open up to members and guests.  Registration will close February 10 In order to secure this date, the resort requires a non-refundable* deposit of $155 per person -----> Check and mark your calendars! -----> Act Now and send your deposit by registering below. *This is a commitment as the resort will not refund the deposits. f you needed to cancel or cannot attend, please find a sub to take your place. **We hope to do a winery tour Saturday after golf for those interested. Let’s go snow tubing!   When: Saturday, February 11 Time:  10:30 - 11:45 am (optional lunch to follow) Where: The Plunge Snow Tubing Park, Wintergreen Resort  Watch the action here! Cost: $41 per person for members and non-members - payable on Golf Genius at registration Great news! An escalator takes you and your tube to the top! You can take as many trips down the hill as you would like during the 75-minute session. We can also connect our tubes together! Tickets go on sale the Monday prior to the event, so registration for this event must close on Sunday, February 5. If we are shut out from tickets for this particular date/time, your money will be refunded. You have the option to drive yourself to Wintergreen or rideshare. We can sort out the details the week of the event. We can socialize afterwards at a local winery or brewery (optional). The Member Get a Member Drive has some really nice gifts for members bringing in new members. The competition ends June 30, 2023. There are restrictions listed below: 1.   The new member must be someone that has never been in LPGA Amateurs or appear on the EWGA roster. 2.   The new member must join on the website and add the recruiting member’s full name in the appropriate text box. If the full name does not match the roster, the recruiting member will not get credit towards the prize. We continue to monitor changes regarding COVID-19. Please know that we are taking into consideration CDC, WHO, White House Guidelines, and local city, county and state guidelines as we make decisions regarding events. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our members. If you have been exposed, please follow the proper quarantine process as indicated by the CDC.
