Resources for Seniors & Families

The Comfort Keepers team has the opportunity to learn about many valuable resources as we connect with seniors and families in the city and suburbs.

We have relationships with hospitals, senior living communities, social service professionals, physicians, rehab facilities, home health providers, palliative care services, and more. We also refer our clients and families to additional organizations to get the assistance they need.

One example is the State of Illinois Community Care Program, which helps senior citizens, who might otherwise need nursing home care, to remain in their own homes by providing in-home and community-based services.
