USU Physics November Demo Show
Friday, Nov. 19
“Let There Be Light” is the theme of USU Physics’ 14th annual November Demo Show this Friday at 7 p.m. in ESLC 130. All are welcome and admission is free. 
Science Council Hosts
Research Workshop Dec. 7
Encourage your undergrads to attend USU’s NSF Summer Research Opportunity Workshop, to learn how to apply for the Research Experiences for Undergraduates program and to hear from past USU participants. The workshop, hosted by the college’s student-led Science Council, is Tuesday, Dec. 7, at 5 p.m. in LSB 231. Questions? USU Observatory Hosts Public Night Dec. 3
All are invited to view the night sky from the USU Observatory telescope Friday, Dec. 3, from 6:30-8:30 p.m. The observatory is located on the roof of the SER Building. All ages are welcome and admission is free. Please visit the observatory’s website for updates prior to arrival on Dec. 3, as the gathering will be canceled in the event of cloudy or inclement weather.

Fostering Inclusion in the College 
The College of Science invites applications to a faculty cluster hire of at least four positions on the Logan campus, to enhance justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) efforts in science and mathematics disciplines in our college.
