The Right Way to Wear Disposable Ear-plugs
Workers in many industries use disposable earplugs. But are they inserting them the right way?

  1. Using clean hands, roll the ear plug between your fingers.
  2. Pull back your ear to straighten out the ear canal.
  3. Insert the rolled ear plug into ear and hold.
  4. Check the fit.
