We are looking for someone to join our team at Silver Willow Sporting Club outside Carstairs, AB. We are a very active shotgun shooting facility operating year round. Our employees are positive and self-motivated individuals. We are family owned and have been operating since 1988.

We are looking to hire a fulltime outdoor individual with a hands on skillset. It is essential that the individual has a positive attitude and works good as a team. This person will need to be able to operate equipment and have mechanical skills as well as some carpentry skills. We are seeking an individual who can be self-motivated and has strong prioritization skills. Firearms experience is essential and the applicant must also have a valid PAL license. This is a physical role and requires some lifting and ability to work in all types of weather.
