For Achievement Award and Amateur Achievement Award renewals, please submit your renewal prior to your first competition of 2023.

You can renew on-line or by submitting the completed form with payment to AHA via fax, US Mail or email (pdf format). You may also contact the AHA office at 303-696-4500, option #4 and renew over the phone.

In Utero Foal Application Deadline The deadline to enroll your in-utero as a Breeding Entry or in the US and/or Canadian Halter Futurity Program is December 31, 2022. Enrollments can be processed on-line here or you can complete and submit the application.

Remember, in order for a foal to be eligible to be enrolled as a Breeding Entry, either the sire must be enrolled as a Nominated Sire or the mare must be enrolled as a Nominated Dam. A sire or dam that is only enrolled as a Breeding Entry does not qualify the horse as being eligible to be enrolled in-utero as a Breeding Entry.

Every fourth Breeding Entry enrolled in the same year by the same owner by be enrolled at one half price. The discount applies to each submission of at least four entries submitted at the same time by the exact same breeder/nominator.

Unborn Foal Enrollment

Sweepstakes enrollments can be paid in full or placed on a Deferred Billing Agreement. AHA charges a 10% administrative fee for entries that are placed on a Deferred Billing Agreement. The first payment must accompany the application at the time of submission. Halter Futurity enrollments cannot be placed on a Deferred Billing Agreement and must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

A Breeding Entry is the only way to earn prize money in the Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes Program.

Sweepstakes Made Simple

Foals that are enrolled in-utero in the US and/or Canadian Halter Futurity Program will need to pay a renomination fee for the weanling, yearling and two-year-old year. When the horse is 3 years old and all requirements have been met, the horse will be eligible to show in the US and/or Canadian Halter Futurity Class, depending on enrollment.

NOTE: All Half-Arabians showing in the Halter Futurity Program must have parentage DNA verified to the purebred Arabian parent on file at the AHA office before they will be allowed to compete.
