PARENTS' NIGHT OUT

All Jefferson Parents are cordially invited to our Parents' Night Out. PNO is one of Jefferson's biggest events and fundraisers. We would love your support as proceeds from this fundraiser help fund all of our PTA Sponsored Programs.

Please consider joining us for this amazing night of dancing, drinks, casino & silent auction while supporting the many PTA Programs provided at Jefferson for our children.

If you have anything that would make a great auction item or personal contacts with a local business owner who would like to market to over 300 parents at our event, we would greatly appreciate your help.

How do these donations work and benefit both the donor and Jefferson PTA?

Donations from businesses and/or families (restaurants, stores, kids camps, experiences, services, gift certificates, vacation homes, etc.) provide a tax deduction and a direct way of marketing to Redondo Beach families. In exchange for the item, the business owner can have their business signage, menu, business cards, products, services, etc. displayed at a Silent Auction venue of 300+ parents, who could provide greater ‘buzz’ for their businesses.

2023-24 PTA Executive Board Nominations

Be part of the 2023-24 Jefferson PTA Executive Board!

The Jefferson PTA Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the 2023-24 PTA Executive Board. You can learn more about each Board position by clicking the links below. Without willing Board Members, Jefferson students won't have Assembles, field trips, Running Club, Battle of the Books, Spring Carnival, Movie Night or any of the other fun events run by the PTA. Please consider playing an important role in your child's school experience!

PTA Board Positions and Position Descriptions:

All PTA Board positions are considered OPEN until the PTA 2023-24 slate vote at the General Association Meeting on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 8:00am. Elections for the 2023-24 Executive Board will take place at this meeting.

All eligible PTA association members can be nominated for the listed positions. They can also run against anyone already slated in a Board position.

If you are interested in becoming a candidate or would like to nominate someone whom you believe would be a great Executive Board member, please fill out this form by February 3, 2023.

Our Kids Heart Challenge program is kicking off on February 1st! We are proud to support the American Heart Association and Be the Torch in the fight against heart disease and stroke! Students will learn how to keep their hearts happy and healthy through physical and mental wellbeing, while helping others with special hearts by raising lifesaving donations. Our goal is to have 100% of our school families join the team and learn Hands Only CPR through Finn’s Mission. Don’t wait, get started TODAY! Students who join the team early will get recognized at our kick-off!

RBEF CORNER

Join us for the 7th Annual RBEF Hoffman Murphy Lawn Sign Campaign. Participating is easy. Simply text "WELOVEKIDS" to 844-764-2656 to have a lawn sign placed in your yard. Hoffman Murphy will donate $25 to RBEF for every lawn sign placed. The signs will be put in participants' yards on February 27 and removed on March 7.
