Silvana Chilelli

CEO, Eurizon Capital Real Assets


Silvana Chilelli is CEO and General Manager of Eurizon Capital Real Asset, the asset manager of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group dedicated to investments in the real economy, born from a partnership between Eurizon Capital and Intesa Sanpaolo Vita. Before taking on this role she was Head of Alternative Investments and Special Projects at Intesa Sanpaolo Vita. Silvana Chilelli worked for many years as an investment banker in New York for JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch. She was also responsible for the Strategy and M&A Group at Deutsche Bank North America. Before the experience in the United States, she was a management consultant at McKinsey & Co. She graduated with honors in economics and business from the University of Pavia and obtained an MBA in finance from Columbia Business School in New York. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Cargeas Assicurazioni, Intesa Sanpaolo Assicura, Valore D and Filarete. She was named Fund Manager of the Year in 2018. Included in the Top 50 of Italian Finance in 2020.


Anna Gervasoni

General Director, AIFI


General Director of AIFI (Italian Association of private equity, venture capital and private debt). Vice-Rector and Full Professor of Economics and Business Management at LIUC – Cattaneo University and also directs the Master in Merchant Banking and Private Capital and is a Member of the Board of Directors. She chairs the scientific committee of the PEM-private equity monitor and VEM-venture capital monitor observatories. In addition she leads the Banca Impresa 2030 observatory, focused on technological change and fintech. Anna is responsible for Fintech orientation; Rector's Delegate for internationalisation. She directs the Center of Excellence of UNECE-United Nation Economic Commission for Europe - and LIUC on sustainable finance for infrastructure and smart cities. In addition she is an independent director of Banca Mediolanum SpA, SOL SpA, Lu.Ve. SpA., Member and Vice President of the Consultation Committee of Borsa Italiana SpA, Member of the Board of Directors of FeBAF (Federation of Banks, Insurance and Finance). A chartered accountant, she is registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors.


Nathalie von Niederhausern

EMEA Head of Private Equity Partners, BlackRock


Nathalie von Niederhaeusern, Managing Director, is a member of the BlackRock Private Equity Partners (PEP) group within BlackRock Alternative Investors . Ms. von Niederhaeusern has more than 20 years of experience in the private equity and corporate finance industry. She started her career in 1997 at Zurich Financial Services, Switzerland, in the Mergers & Acquisitions department, focusing on the life and non-life insurance sectors. In 1999, she joined Swiss Re, Switzerland, focusing on the company's strategic, long-term investments in the insurance industry. As from 2001, she worked for Swiss Re's Private Equity Fund of Funds unit, where she was responsible for investments in European and US based private equity fund managers. In 2005, she moved to New York, United States, to establish the North American presence of the unit. Prior to joining BlackRock Private Equity Partners, Ms. von Niederhaeusern was Head Private Equity and Investment Monitoring and member of the Investment Committee at Swiss Re Private Equity Partners. Ms. von Niederhaeusern holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bern, and is a CFA and CAIA charterholder.


Fabio Laricchia

Head of Institutional Client Business, BlackRock Southern Europe


Fabio Laricchia, Managing Director, is a member of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and the Institutional Client Business (ICB) . He is responsible for designing, managing and driving the FIG and ICB business with all institutional client groups in Southern Europe (Italy, Iberia, Israel and Greece). Fabio is member of the Italian ExCo, the ICB EMEA SteerCo and the Global FIG ExCo. Fabio began his service at BlackRock in 2015 within the Italian Retail Sales team. He was instrumental in building and developing an increased demand for bespoke solutions. He was also the Italian ambassador of BlackRock's Trading and Liquidity Strategies Group. Before joining BlackRock, Mr. Laricchia was responsible to originate and execute business with European Institutional Clients for the Market Solutions Group of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Fabio held a number of roles at Merrill Lynch Bank of America Investment Banking across different departments and asset classes. In the most recent period he structured Financing and Balance Sheet Solutions for European Banks and delivered Asset Side Solutions and Investment Products for Insurance Companies and Asset Managers. Previously he was an Equity Derivatives Structurer for Barclays Capital in London. He started his financial career as Quantitative Analyst before in the Asset Manager and then in the Insurance Company of Intesa SanPaolo Group in Milan. Fabio holds a MSc in Electronic Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and a MSc in Quantitative Finance and Risk Management from Bocconi University.
